About the role
Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications. Build responsive user interfaces using React, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks. Develop backend services, REST APIs, and application logic using Node.js, Python, .NET, or relevant technologies. Integrate AI models, LLM APIs, and AI-powered services into applications. Develop AI-enabled features such as intelligent assistants, chatbots, document processing, and automated workflows. Work with relational and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models and queries. Implement authentication, authorization, API security, and data protection. Develop and integrate vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines where required. Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and user experience. Collaborate with product managers, designers, developers, and other stakeholders. Write clean, maintainable, testable code and participate in code reviews. Use Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms for application deployment and maintenance. Troubleshoot technical issues and continuously improve application quality. Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and software development practices.
What you'll do
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks.
- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Exposure to AI agents, tool calling, and workflow automation.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud deployment.
- Understanding of model evaluation, AI response quality, latency, and cost optimization.
- Familiarity with data pipelines and AI application monitoring.
What we're looking for
- Strong knowledge of frontend development using React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
- Experience with backend development using Node.js, Python, .NET, or equivalent technologies.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript or another relevant programming language.
- Experience designing and integrating REST APIs.
- Understanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and familiarity with NoSQL databases.
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs or AI services into software applications.
- Understanding of prompt engineering, structured outputs, and AI application workflows.
- Knowledge of Git, debugging, software testing, and secure coding practices.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
